The course of study will be New Zealand and the World, comprising the following topics: The Origins of the Second World War; The Cold War; New Zealand’s Search for Security which looks at how the Second World War and the Cold War influenced New Zealand’s international relations. Students will also do a study of a major campaign from World War Two which New Zealanders were involved in.Achievement Standards:
