Recommended Background:

Students must have completed Biology AS with Grade C or above. A review of the key principles/practicals from the Biology AS course will be built into the course.

Course Description:

Students will develop skills and knowledge that will be of use in everyday life and employment and if desired will form an excellent basis for pursuing further studies. The candidates will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Biological concepts, on their ability to handle information and solve problems, and on their experimental design and investigative skills.
