Course Description:

Business AS provides a broad perspective of business activity giving an overview of the different functions undertaken by businesses. It develops a student’s understanding of business in the following areas: • Business and the environment within which it operates • Marketing decisions • People in organisations • Operations management decisions • Business finance and accounting The course will focus on business in a New Zealand setting where appropriate.
