Recommended Background:

The study of foreign languages is a sequential process that requires skills and knowledge from previous study. A result above the median in the end of Year 10 Chinese examination (or equivalent) is recommended to be accepted for the course. Students, who do not meet this requirement, must apply to Languages Faculty Head.

Course Description:

The course consists of four papers of equal weighting covering: listening, reading, speaking and writing. The content of the course is set in the context of everyday life and activities.
